01

Google Analytics & your consent

With your permission, CANADA AI TECHNOLOGY INC uses Google Analytics 4 to understand visit sources, pages viewed, and interactions with opportunity links. Google may process technical information such as device and browser details and cookie identifiers, including outside your country. The Google tag is not loaded until you allow analytics. You can decline or withdraw permission using Cookie preferences at the bottom of the screen. Your choice is saved in local storage under canadaica-analytics-consent. We do not deliberately send form contents such as your name, email, phone, or message to Analytics. Google's privacy information is available at policies.google.com/privacy.

02

Information you share

When you contact us, apply to a program, or subscribe to updates, we receive the information you enter. Depending on the form, this can include your name, email, phone, country, program and internship preferences, education details, date, gender, citizenship, messages, and uploaded documents. Please only share information relevant to your request.

03

How information is used

Form submissions are sent to our team by email to respond to enquiries, review applications, and discuss relevant programs or opportunities. Newsletter submissions allow you to request updates. Contact us if you no longer wish to receive them. Submitting an enquiry does not itself mean you have enrolled in a program.

04

Website storage & security

Your selected language is saved in your browser’s local storage under cuai-lang. You can clear it through your browser settings. The form service uses a hashed IP identifier and recent request timestamps to limit spam. Hosting providers may also process technical access logs. For questions about website storage and technical data, contact info@canadaica.ca.

05

Service providers & external links

Our hosting and email providers process information needed to deliver the website and form messages. Information may be processed outside your country, depending on provider infrastructure. External sites linked from CanadaICA have their own privacy practices. Contact us for information about the service providers involved in handling your request.

06

Retention & protection

Form messages and attachments can remain in the team’s email system. Contact info@canadaica.ca to ask about retention of your submission or request deletion; applicable legal obligations may affect whether information can be deleted. Avoid sending passwords, payment card details, or unnecessary sensitive documents through website forms. No online transmission or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

07

Your choices & requests

Contact info@canadaica.ca to ask about your information, request access or correction, ask for deletion, or withdraw a communication preference. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law and the circumstances. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Changes to this notice will appear on this page with an updated date.
