Individual Training
Individual Training — career tracks you build yourself into
Three career tracks for individual learners: Software Development, Project Leadership, and Cybersecurity & Network Operations. Each path is practiced as work — you build, lead, or keep systems running — then move toward internships with career mentorship beside you.

About the Training
Individual Training sits at the center of CanadaICA’s career-focused education model. The aim is not only to transfer theory — it is to prepare participants for the real world of work by learning to produce, manage project processes, and understand how digital systems operate.
The Software Development program builds product-development skill by mastering the core logic of software. Project Management and Leadership teaches how digital teams work and how to manage planning and delivery. Cybersecurity and Systems covers how modern infrastructure runs, is monitored, and stays secure — as one connected practice.
Hands-on learning is essential across every program. Participants do not only learn concepts — they turn what they learn into practice through projects, teamwork, and real work scenarios.
Career mentorship and internship-supported learning are also a core part of the journey. The goal is not merely to finish a training program — it is to step into professional life better prepared and better equipped.
